As the founder of IGNITE! Life Coaching, and a life coach, I help my clients to live from a place of passion and strength. My clientele includes individuals from various professions and age groups.

My most recent position was as sales manager of a professional service firm where I motivated and coached my staff to achieve their individual goals.  While I enjoyed my position, I kept getting the feeling that I needed to be doing something more. It was after hearing a motivational speaker and doing some research that I learned of the life coaching profession.  And I guess you can say that the rest is history - I enrolled in Coach University, the leading global coach training program, and graduated in 2008.

As a personal life coach, I believe that we all have the ability to achieve our goals; however, it is the clutter of everyday living that sometimes prevents us from attaining them. Coaching clears away the clutter and provides us with skills necessary to keep us on our path and our vision clear.
